Birthdays

We offer a birthday party package that is sure to please!
The cost of the package is $6.00 per child or place-setting, whichever is more. Adults who wish to bowl but do not want place settings will be charged $3.00. The package includes the following:

• Reserved party area for two hours.
• Banquet Tables, Place Settings (includes; 1 fork, 1 paper cup, 1 paper plate, and 1 napkin. All with a birthday/bowling theme.) and Balloons.
• One hour of bowling with free shoes.
• 5 tokens per child, for use in our arcade.
• We also have light balls and gutter bumpers upon request.

Please note: The age limit for the birthday party package is 15 years old. If your child is older we have other options available.

Parents must provide food or beverages. We do not have spoons, knives, cake cutters, candles, or matches. If you need extra plates or cups for additional food items, you will need to bring them.

Weekend parties are limited to the afternoon and we are not able to accommodate parties with more than 20 children.

Parents must provide any food or beverages. All reservations require at least 7 days advance notice. If you would like a weekend party we suggest you call at least 3 weeks in advance. All reservations must be approved by our party coordinator before they are set. Please allow 2-3 business days for the call-back confirmation.

Effective immediately, the Games Area will require a valid credit card number in order to confirm your birthday party reservation. The credit card will be charged in the case of "no shows" and non-payment. In order to avoid your card being charged, birthday parties must be canceled in writing to gensiwabessy@ucdavis.edu at least 48 hours before the event. If a party is not canceled, we will consider it a "no show" and will charge the credit card the full amount of the party based on the expected number of children.
